I've been following the development of Emily's brand-new photo blog. I'm always impressed with her work. She fearlessly does what I'm afraid to do (take pictures of friends, cats, and things that interest me but that I don't think will 'turn out', etc.), and does better what I already do (such as sentimental photos of inanimate objects). Of course, I've already been a fan of her work for a long time; she's the photographer half of the photo-webcomic-creating duo at A Softer World. The comic's other half, Joey, is one of 3 people in this world (including only J.D. Salinger and Gabriel García Márquez) who writes stories I wish I'd written.
The point of all this is that Canada apparently has way better television than we do.
